QSI promotes individualized choice of services assisting each individual to make their own informed decision while living at one of our homes. The individualized Person Centered Plan is the guide that promotes how each day is spent, QSI will promote goal achievement through residential support, community activities, & QSI will participate in your choice career exploration.
