Residential
We have several homes throughout Montgomery & Shelby Counties. Each home is designed to meet the needs of various medical and/or behavioral needs of each individual as outlined in their individualized plan of service.
Day Program
QSI, Life Enrichment Academy is a vocational program available for recipients to attend Monday-Friday. While attending, recipients can expect to enhance their independence in an inclusive setting doing an array of group activities within the facility or community.
